Meet Lauren

Hi there! Thanks for stopping by. I'm so glad you're here! I'm a foodie and recipe developer currently living in Nashville, Tennessee with my husband and Goldendoodle, Henry. I am passionate about creating nourishing recipes using real, simple ingredients. Delicious food doesn't need to be complicated! I do have a sweet tooth, so you'll find lots of cookies, bars, homemade candy and more! Eating well and feeling well are top priorities for me. (Who doesn't want to feel their best?!) I've been passionate about good food for as long as I can remember, and I'm excited to share this passion with you! When I'm not in the kitchen, I love to strength train, travel (Italy is my favorite place in the world!), and drink wine with my husband.
